We want you to be completely enchanted by your Beatrix Potter Gifts purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to maintain the whimsical quality and value of your collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
